The Functional Realignment Session (F.R.S.) is an essential part to the WBPT training philosophy. An equal effort of work and rest is needed to maintain a healthy body in optimal function. This is why we created a system to restore the body's proper alignment, thus helping you to have a faster, fuller recovery going into your rest days.


F.R.S is a 75 min session that involves manual stretching, soft tissue massage, and yoga postures. F.R.S sessions are designed around each clients natural postural alignment, workout routine, and awareness of what they need. Clients immediately notice faster recovery, increase flexibility, less post-exercise soreness and better performance.
